The best way I can describe it is that everything I was already experiencing just got turned up a notch. My energy in the afternoon stopped dropping off the way it used to. I have always eaten reasonably well but I know I do not get anywhere near enough fruits and vegetables every day — nobody really does. Knowing that every morning I am getting over 50 of them in one stick pack takes a real weight off my mind.

The taste is mild and it mixes easily right into my Immunocal. No clumps, no strange aftertaste. Occasionally a little settling at the bottom but you just give it a stir. Not a big deal at all.
