Return Policy
All of the MyDailyChoice, including Hempworx physical products have a (60) day return policy for a refund, less the cost of shipping & handling. How do I return my order?
Please return your order to the address on your packing slip and let us know why you are returning your order. Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed.
How long does it take for refunds to be processed?
Depending on your payment method, bank, and location, refunds may take up to (7) business days to process after being initiated.
Can I exchange an item?
You may exchange any unused or unopened items. Any products tampered with will not be eligible for an exchange. You may exchange your item for a product of equal price.
What do I do when I receive a damaged item?
If you received a damage item, please +1 (844) 806-3599 or email support@MyDailyChoice.com within (10) days of receiving your product and we’ll issue you a replacement.
