Autumn –
I’ve tried CBD oil in the past – purchased over the counter somewhere. It did nothing for me. For context, I’m a life-long insomniac and ADHD (mild, high functioning). The only things that have helped me sleep (and I’ve spent year experimenting) are melatonin, low carb, sleep mask for the dawn, and now this oil.
It’s not a magic pill (last night it didn’t work) but the previous 3 uses (just 1 drop) it made me sleep enough to get to sleep 2-3hrs earlier than usual, and, although I still woke every couple of hrs as is typical for me, importantly, I fell back to sleep quickly. Impossible to know if it’s this particular CBD or the CBN or the combination that’s working for me.As long as it keeps working I’ll keep buying it.
I actually purchased a more expensive brand while waiting for this one due to a Reddit recommendation and it hasn’t worked at all. Also, worth noting that my autistic son gets some sleep help too. While it wasn’t as effective as on me, it helps his disastrous sleep.
